About the property

Set only 1km from Point Lonsdale’s beaches, Sencia The Breeze presents a truly unique retirement living experience. This highly anticipated community is the only retirement village in Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff. Promising the best of relaxed coastal living and a greater sense of community, The Breeze offers 170 architect designed villas and apartments, centered around a waterfront, club style community space.

Backed by over 40 years of retirement living know-how, Sencia recognises what retirement really means to you. Now we’re bringing this unique understanding to Point Lonsdale with the creation of The Breeze. Everything has been carefully planned to promise you the best of relaxed coastal living and a greater sense of community.

It could be enjoying the early call of the ocean as you receive a text for coffee with new friends. Relaxing in your architect designed, sun-filled residence just minutes from the historic lighthouse. Then seeing the tide turn, just in time to spare the grandkids’ sandcastle. Imagine all this at one of the most desirable addresses on the Bellarine Peninsula—we certainly have.

About the village

At the heart of The Breeze will be a club-style community centre overlooking the outdoor four lane bowling green and the waterways beyond. The design of the spacious lounge, dining and bar areas all warmly reflect the open nature of the village community. With the emphasis very much on vitality, you’ll find a heated indoor pool, with spa shelf and fully equipped gym. Other activities to enjoy at your leisure include carpet billiards, a movie in the cinema or a little quiet time in the library.

Living here is all about continuing to spend quality family time together. The private dining room can accommodate either 10 to 20 diners so is perfect for extended family gatherings. As is the expansive outdoor terrace with a BBQ and undercover area for all-year alfresco entertaining. To help you continue to make the most of everything, there’s a private waiting area with adjoining consulting suites for visiting doctors, physios and wellness consultants as well as an in-house hairdresser.

From aqua aerobics in the indoor pool to watching the football in the lounge, you can do as little or as much as you choose. You’ll find there are friendly staff on hand 6 days a week to coordinate a wide range of activities from tai chi to kayak adventures. The possibilities are almost endless!

The diverse nature of community groups in the area also means you could be a Land Care volunteer or join a local fishing club. The Breeze’s own boat is ready and waiting for you to enjoy – you’ll find it in its own boatshed next to the workshop and close to the caravan loading area.
