Long Khanh Lakefront Village in Canton Beach is an over 55’s pet friendly village situated on the shores of Tuggerah Lakes in a natural and peaceful location.  We have 72 units with 2 bedrooms and 28 studio apartments.

At present, our 2 bedroom unit prices commence at $340,000 and our studio apartments at $75,000.

The village has a Community Centre with a pool table, shuffleboard, large lounge area, well maintained library, Computer Room with WiFi and free computer tuition and a fully functioning kitchen.

The Community Centre is available to book for private use by residents for family functions etc at no cost.

The Village also has a swimming pool and a community bus which operates Monday to Friday for residents to use for shopping, to get to medical appointments and there are also day/night outings which are organised by our Activities Officer.

We quite often have in house presentations by invited guest speakers, hold theme days, entertainers, movie afternoons, exercise classes and computer tuition available every Thursday in the centre.

The recurrent charges at present are $250.32 to $292.04 per fortnight which covers maintenance of all fixtures such as electrical, plumbing or hot water tanks, external maintenance of buildings and gardens, 24 hour emergency support on site, use of village bus and facilities.
