About the location

One of the most appreciated features of living at Leisure Lea Gardens is the promixity to public transport. Sydney buses run regularly on Epping Road, past the village’s front gate, and community buses often call in. The nearby Epping Station is the perfect choice for train travellers as it services the North Shore Line, Northern Line and Central Coast and Newcastle Line. Both village residents and visiting family members love the convenience of being able to use the train.

Many of our residents are golfers and enjoy weekly games at the beautiful North Ryde Golf Club. If you love bowling, there are plenty of bowls clubs nearby and all are easily accessible using public transport. The village is only 18km from Sydney’s CBD and is close to shopping centres, recreational and sporting clubs.
